Joe Da Pro - Social Rehab
Joe Da Pro released Social Rehab to the world on February 10th 2016 which a hosting coming from DJ Noize. The Project released via Soundcloud.com as well as Datpiff.com. The album is a smooth project that combines rhythmic and vocal samples with smooth sounds and hard drums. The project talks about females, and Joe's struggle with relationships along with a bevy of other topics. He uses lyricism that touches on the surface as well as the next level combined with a certain level or realness and relatibility. Canis Major holds down a strong percentage of the production on the project with Taz Taylor grabbing two placements on the project himself. Social Rehab has the common ground of planes and a flight, and a lot of the tracks begin with the sound of a plane taking off or landing. This is something I felt was a real weak tie during the album and could've been left out. The beats on the project are strong, and have something that both the golden era hip-hop head can love as well as the current hip-hop crowd can love. Joe Da Pro brings quality lyrics and realness on Social Rehab and a unique vocal performance which combines a few different artists.
